Step 1 : Upon entering Aidelle Village for the first time, the quest “Captain’s Order” will be automatically activated. Your presence will required before the raider leader, Ulgorn.

Step 2 : Naturally, talk to Ulgorn and lvl 3 Ishalgen Campaign Quest : “Thinking Ahead” will be activated. Ulgorn is found at the central open area at the villiage. You cannot miss him.
